Senior Client Success Manager – VC-backed Digital Marketing SaaS Business

Who could you be working for?
A MarTech VC-backed firm looking for a Senior Client Success Manager.

What do they currently do?
Help brands with their mobile advertising campaigns through Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Who do you need to be, to be right for this role?
Someone with 2+ Years Account Management/Client Success experience ideally within a SaaS environment. MarTech or AdTech experience is preferable, but not essential.

Our client was founded in 2012 with the mission of closing revolutionising brand advertising. They specialize in mobile video and rich media, using a powerful combination of attribution, Artificial Intelligence and analytics to deliver outstanding campaign performance because they do not believe brands are getting the very best from their mobile advertising campaigns.

This particular company has recently just had $17M invested into them, which brings their funding in 5 years to a total of $32M. They boast a ‘family culture’ and swanky London offices, with a number of other US-based hubs across North America.

To name but a few clients: Audi, Ben & Jerry’s and Microsoft!

The Position – Senior Client Success Manager

As a Senior Client Success Manager, you will:

  • Manage between 15-20 of the agencies biggest and best clients, across multiple industries on their digital experiences.
  • Work with clients on digital engagement on mobile platforms and personally manage renewals and upsells.
  • Create a clear data-strategy for each client and work closely with them to achieve this.
  • Work with the wider Customer Success team to support more junior members and share knowledge.
  • Manage client strategy and support across the platform, to ensure they are using it to its full capability.
  • Meet clients on site as much as possible across Europe and the UK
  • Responsible for driving adoption and ensure that customers gain the maximum value from the platform
  • Be the internal voice for your customers and ensure their needs are carried out by the entire organisation
