THE FEATURE ROLE…
Our client is looking for an ambitious consultant to lead a team of 4 people in the Python, SAP or Cyber Security markets. They are a leading agency who, last year, was top 20 in the HOT100 Recruiter listings and boast 40% of their business earning over £60K. No managerial experience is needed but just the want to lead and manage with an opportunity to grow the team out further once there are consistent figures of billing.
Ideally, they want someone with managerial experience, but would consider someone who is keen to do so and can prove their worth both in terms of billings and business acumen!
BUT WHAT IT REALLY OFFERS…
Their Central London offices (near Bank Tube Station) are state of the art and will be the home to your new exciting role. They will offer a basic salary between £30K-40K DOE, but they can guarantee an increase in your current basic. In addition, to incentivise the person in the role, they will offer a commission scheme rising to 35% + a team override and team yearly profit %.
