Principal Consultant – Salesforce Recruiter – Candidate Requirements:
- 5 years in Salesforce Recruitment
- £250k + biller (ideally in contract)
- 360 consultants
- Proven track record of BD success
- Strong work ethic
- Mature and driven (can motivate yourself without continuous pressure)
- Process driven
- Organisational skills
- Money motivated
- Confident dealing with clients and candidates at a high level

- Basic salary between £40k – £55k (DOE)
- Uncapped commission and NO THRESHOLDS
- Commission structure rising to 40%
