Internal Recruiter for Large PLC in West London

This is an opportunity for a vibrant recruiter to move into the world of internal recruitment and become the face of the company when on-boarding new members of staff.

You’ll be responsible for finding talented people to join various teams. This will involve screening and interviewing candidates, as well as proactively looking for new ways to find and engage with the best people.

Alongside sourcing great candidates, you’ll be managing the selection process and coordinating with the management team to make sure the hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for covering a variety of vacancies, from hiring estate agents to attracting IT staff for tech teams. This role is ideally for somebody who knows the recruitment process and can streamline this to work with a talented internal recruiter who’s been with the company for 6 years.

Skills Required

-Minimum of 1 year’s recruitment experience, working for an agency or in-house (open to any market).
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with junior and senior candidates.
-Target-focused with the aim to ensure monthly hire targets are met.
-Organised and great attention to detail
