Our client is a market leader in their filed. They specialise in delivering into the support function within sales businesses on a global level.
They operate a very friendly, mature, and respectful culture that is filtered down from a very well respected and likeable CEO.
The business is currently sitting at just below 20 heads with ambitions of growing significantly over the next 18 months.
The Role: Head of Financial Recruitment
Our client is looking for someone to inherit and spearhead their CFO desk. This is a desk that delivered £474k in 2019.
The recruiter who ran that desk and billed £474k has moved to set up a new offering within the business. You will therefore receive expert guidance to help get that desk back to what it was and beyond.
The role can lead into management with our client wanting to build a practice purely focussing on delivering finance professionals into sales companies. It could be BIG!
The Candidate: Head of Financial Recruitment
We are looking for a recruiter who:
- Has 4+ years’ experience within Financial Recruitment
- A proven history in delivering senior finance professionals (within any market)
- A comprehensive business developer with a superb ability at networking
- Driven and ambitious to grow out this profit centre
- A collaborative team player- no egos! It would not suit their environment.
- Someone to start ASAP. This is a desk that has live requirements
