The Role

  • Generating new business via cold calling and networking
  • Calling up candidates to run through their CVs and relevant experience
  • Sending these profiles off to clients
  • Placing candidates with these clients
  • Earning commission and progressing in your career!

The Candidate

Candidates should possess most, if not all, of the following:

  • Sales experience or experience working in a commercial environment
  • Strong communicator
  • Drive, ambition and want for continued success
  • Competitive (ideally from a sporty background)

The Job Offer

  • £21-23k basic salary, with competitive commission structure
