Trainee Recruitment Consultant – 2015 & 2016 Graduates

We seek 5 ambitious individuals with 1-2 years commercial experience who are looking for a career change, or a better opportunity, in sales that rewards hard work.

Attributes Required:

  • Experience working in a commercial environment
    • This can be; sales, marketing, finance, technology – anything with has developed good business acumen and would feel confident over the phone
  • Achieved a 2:1 or better from a top 75 University
  • Money motivated and ambitious

  • Competitive

An average deal size of £12,000 you will be placing mid to senior level candidates into permeant and contract roles.

The Day to Day:

Recruitment is a sales orientated role, which entails various aspects and different skills, you will receive first class on the job training to able to manage the 360 recruitment cycle.
– Business development
– Writing up job adverts and headhunting
– Qualifying candidates and guiding them through the interview stage
– Negotiating offers and closing deals
