RULE’s Sales Division started back in January 2018 with the sole purpose of becoming the ‘Rolls Royce’ of placing Graduates, Salespeople or those wanting to leave Recruitment but remain in Sales (dubbed ‘Rec2Out’) into the finest Sales positions around. With a focus on Tech, FMCG and Events Sales roles, the division has gone from strength to strength becoming a supplier to small, exciting start-up companies looking to expand in their given market, or large organisations who want to continue their colossal growth plans (we recently got on the suppliers list of one of the world’s largest FMCG brands!).
An opportunity like this doesn’t come around that often so don’t hang about! You have the opportunity to be the 3rd person in the division, which brings with it responsibility and empowerment. Your say really does matter, and you will be working under someone who started with the business back in 2015 and was given the chance to run their own part of the company only 3 years in! In addition, it is a tried and tested method, with the first hire in the division earning their promotion in 4 months! Backing all of this up is a Director with 15 years experience within the Recruitment market only an arms length away – so you will have the support and structure you need to be a success!

What we offer?
– £20-22k basic salary, with a realistic 1st Year OTE of £35K+ (no one has earned less than this!)

– 1-2-1 training, meetings and bi-weekly reviews to support your progress.
– Extremely strong commission structure rising to 40%!
– Incentives: weekly, bi-monthly and yearly targets (the last being a holiday target!)
– Realistic working hours, with a 9-4 finish on a Friday!
– The ability to work with the top 15% of clients in the Sales industry!
