Our client is a well known and respected Technology recruitment business with an annual turnover of £89 million. They are privately owned and have 180 people in the business with the majority of staff based out of their London HQ. They operate across the full spectrum of the Tech market from entry level through to board level. Having won multiple industry awards they attract and retain a high calibre of staff.
Our client is looking to establish an RPO function to add to their Permanent, Contract, Interim and Executive Search offering.
The RPO Lead will establish the RPO offering and very much be the face of the business. You will drive the sales side of the business and manage a team of managers who will run the delivery function.
You will report directly into the Director of Permanent Recruitment and CEO who will offer full support to get the venture off the ground.
- Have a proven background running a successful RPO
- Be adept at selling an RPO function
- Ideally, have an understanding of the Tech market (but not essential)
- Have 6-10 years experience
- Want to be an ‘empire builder’ and have the appetite to create something from grassroots
