Recruitment Consultant – The Opportunity:
Our client is a global player, providing Cybersecurity Talent recruitment services across the world. The company was founded in 2017 by a team who previously built another company over a 15 year period to 500+ employees and sold it in 2015 for £60 MILLION on the stock market. They are looking to replicate this success once again.
You will be exposed to impressive clients and highly qualified and respected professionals in Cybersecurity from day one. The team is currently 5 people so you will be one of the first into the business and therefore have a real say in the business and reap the rewards as the business starts to grow.
Recruitment Consultant – Earning Potential:
Year 1: £35K – Year 2: £60K – Year 3: £100K+
Being one of the first in, you have the opportunity to earn millions when the company sells.
Recruitment Consultant – Training:
You will be trained on-the-job, in a close-knit team by three of the most successful Directors and Managers in the industry. In addition to this, a programme has been created in order to guide you through recruitment processes and “tick all the boxes” when working with your clients and candidates in order to assure the best outcome for all parties.
Recruitment Consultant – The Perfect Candidate:
This start-up is looking for an extremely career driven and money motivated recruitment consultant. Joining a start-up requires a lot of dedication, resilience and hard-work. In order to hit the ground running it is essential that you have at least 3 months exposure to the recruitment industry.
– 3 – 12 month recruitment experience
– Career minded, driven, and determined
– Interest in Cybersecurity & technology
– University degree 2:1 or above (not compulsory but demonstrates a hard-worker)
– Sales and commercial experience (experience with working to targets and commission)
