Job Title: Head of Business Development
Location: Central London
Salary: £60k-70k basic plus quarterly bonus, OTE £100k
Our client is a specialist and privately owned Finance and Accountancy Recruitment Agency. Having been trading for 7 years, they currently have just over 30 employees. They operate across Industry and Commerce and so deal with an eclectic array of clients making the job interesting. Clients include VW, Liverpool FC, Vodafone and GSK.
They have a mature culture and are headed up by seasoned recruiters who have worked for some of the biggest names in the recruitment industry.
They work with candidates starting at £50k rising to £200k with an average fee of £18,500k.
The Role- Head of Business Development:
As Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for 2 main areas;
- Developing existing client relations by building strong relationships so that our client is always the first point of call when a requirement is released.
- Winning new business and developing household accounts.
You will be required to work closely with the sales management team to ensure that the business is aware of all roles and delivering a slick service.
The role will be very client facing and will involve client entertaining. You will report directly to the Managing Director although the role will come with a large amount of autonomy. Some travel will be required although your main target area will be London.
Our client is looking for a client facing, mature and proven recruiter. You will have anything north of 4 years recruitment experience where you have developed a strong ability to win and develop business. You will need a broad understanding of the Finance and Accountancy markets (can be within FS or I&C).
This role would suit someone who is looking to take their career to the next level and focus solely on Business Development.
